Seminar “Information Technologies for Teaching Russian Language and Literature”
On March 14, 2025, the Kazakh-American Free University held a seminar “Information Technologies for Teaching Russian Language and Literature”. It was attended by students of the Higher College of KAFU, specialty 01140600 – Pedagogy and Methodology of Teaching Language and Literature of Basic Secondary Education (qualification: teacher of Russian language and literature).
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of KAFU Moshenskaya N.A. presented digital tools for teaching Russian language and literature. The main focus was on the use of artificial intelligence in education, its capabilities in the work of a teacher, as well as issues of ethics and the correct use of AI in the educational process.
Students discussed how technologies can help in preparing lessons, creating interactive materials and assessing knowledge, as well as what risks and limitations AI carries in the educational sphere. The seminar became a useful platform for future teachers interested in modern teaching methods.
