The Head of the KAFU Legal Clinic Receives a Letter of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On March 31, 2026, Denis S. Rypakov, Chairman of the East Kazakhstan Region Maslikhat, presented a letter of gratitude on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart K. Tokayev, to Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Head of the KAFU Legal Clinic.

This award recognizes his contribution to the preparation and conduct of the national referendum on the draft of the new Constitution of our country.
