The International Cooperation Week of KAFU Took Place at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology Georg Simon Ohm
From 4 to 9 November, the Faculty of Business Administration at the Georg Simon Ohm Technical University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg hosted the International Cooperation Week, which was attended by representatives of partner universities from Argentina, Chile, the USA, Finland, China, Kazakhstan, Spain, Thailand and the Republic of South Africa.
In order to strengthen and deepen further cooperation between the Kazakh-American Free University and the Georg Simon Ohm Technical University, Senior Lecturer of the Business Department, Ph.D. Aizhan Mukhamadieva and Director of International Programs Anna Kabardina Anna offered guest lectures to students of the Ohm University of Nuremberg, took part in an international exhibition of partner universities, met with the university leadership to discuss plans for future cooperation, attended presentations and seminars dedicated to the main topic of the International Week “Innovations in Business Education in the VUCA world” (VUCA world is a concept describing an unpredictable, rapidly changing environment. VUCA is an acronym that combines four characteristics: volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity).
As part of the international week, the international delegation met with representatives of the city administration of Nuremberg, visited the “Zunkunftsmuseum” (Museum of the Future), the LEONARDO center for creative cooperation, and the Ludwig Erhard Center.
