The New Constitution as Factor in the Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On April 6, 2026, a lecture for students on the topic “The New Constitution as a Factor in the Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was given by Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Head of the Legal Clinic.

Students were informed that the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is viewed as a factor in the country’s development in the following areas:

– Formation of an institutional environment for economic growth;

– Strengthening social guarantees;

– Human capital development;

– Improving the public administration system;

– Strengthening social unity.
