The Second Cohort of Indian Master’s Students is Studying in a Dual-Degree Program between KAFU and the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences.
In November 2025, the Kazakh-American Free University welcomed the second cohort of Indian master’s students of the international dual-degree master’s program in Management and Information Technology. Together with the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences (Germany), KAFU is implementing this educational project, which combines the strengths of Kazakhstani and German education systems and provides students with a comprehensive academic preparation.
The new cohort includes engineering and IT graduates from Kerala and Delhi, who are now continuing their studies at KAFU.
The Management and Information Technology program is aimed at developing competencies in information technology management, business analytics, computer science, and international management. Instruction is conducted entirely in English and is supervised by faculty and academic advisors from both countries. The program is accredited by the German agency ASIIN, confirming its compliance with European educational standards. Upon completion of the program, master’s students receive two diplomas—one from the Kazakh-American Free University and the other from the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences—which significantly expands their career opportunities internationally.
KAFU provides its international students with comfortable living conditions, adaptation support, and access to modern educational resources.
The dual-degree program “Management and Information Technology” remains a key focus of the KAFU Department of Business and an example of effective international partnership in higher education.
