Theatrical Production Based on M.A. Bulgakov’s Novel “The Master and Margarita” at KAFU
The performance featured fourth-year students from the “Russian Language and Literature” program and third-year students from the “Journalism” program. The cast included:
Amalia Bubnova as Woland;
Daria Spryagaylo as Yeshua Ha-Nozri;
Victoria Suzdal as Ivan Bezdomny;
Vladislav Eremeyev as Mikhail Berlioz;
Svetlana Polupanova as Pontius Pilate;
Ksenia Perelygina as Azazello;
Liya Stepanova as Koroviev;
Sabina Muratova as Behemoth.
Cameo appearances by Muratuly Esbolat and Marat Yerassyl.
Faculty from the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy also participated in the production: Daria Ryabishchenko played the Master, and Yulia Gnatyuk played Dr. Stravinsky.
Audience members praised the actors’ vibrant performances, the original interpretation of the classic work, and the atmosphere created by the combined efforts of students and faculty.
