On September 29, 2026, the training session “Adal Azamat: A Unified School Upbringing Program” took place as part of the International Scientific Congress “The Future of Science and Education: International Experience, Innovation, and Leadership.”

The speaker was Inessa S. Demyanova—a practicing educator and Master of Education representing the “Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Children Gifted in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science” (under the Education Department of Oskemen City and the Education Directorate of the East Kazakhstan Region).

During the training, participants explored the key areas of the “Adal Azamat” unified upbringing program, which focuses on fostering civic responsibility, patriotism, honesty, diligence, and respect for the law and universal human values among schoolchildren.

Special attention was paid to practical approaches for implementing the program within the educational process and the teacher’s role in nurturing responsible, ethical, and socially active individuals. Participants discussed methods for integrating these values into both curricular and extracurricular activities and exchanged professional experiences.

The training served as a platform for a meaningful dialogue regarding modern challenges in upbringing and the school’s significance in shaping a generation of honest, constructive, and responsible citizens.
