Participants completed practical assignments: defining their values, analyzing their motivation, formulating long-term goals, and developing a strategic plan for achieving them. Particular attention was paid to the relationship between education, personal qualities, and professional success.
Alex Babiniec emphasized the importance of a conscious approach to planning for the future and the ability to adapt to global change. The lesson was a significant step in developing the students’ leadership skills and expanding their understanding of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
