Debate Tournament “Path of Ancestors, Unity of the Country”

On January 27-28, 2023, in honor of the celebration of the 355th anniversary of the birth of Bukhar Zhyrau Kalkamanuly and the 70th anniversary of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College, the Regional Debate Tournament among college students was organized by the regional college debate club “Alash Urpaktary IDK”. In total, 16 factions from our region took part in the tournament.

According to the results of the tournament, Zhiger Sarsenbayev, a 1st year student of the educational program “State and Local Government” of the Kazakh-American Free University, was recognized as the “Best Judge”.

The winners and prize-winners were awarded money certificates, diplomas and statuettes. The faction that became the champion received a ticket to the Republican tournament.
