Divergents Leadership School Speakers Meet with KAFU Students at the International Forum

On April 10, 2026, as part of the XVI International Forum of Young Scientists “Modern Scientific Trends: From Applied Research to Innovation,” held at the Kazakh-American Free University, DLS speakers met with university students.

Today, KAFU students enjoyed a special and meaningful event. Divergents Leadership School speakers Erden S. Serikbayev and Kashap Idayatuly made a special visit to the university to deliver a lecture.

The topic of the meeting was “Unleashing Personal Potential and Professional Development with Artificial Intelligence.”

During the lecture, the speakers examined in detail the role of artificial intelligence in education and careers, highlighted methods for unlocking personal potential, and presented strategies for developing relevant skills. Furthermore, using specific examples, they demonstrated modern self-development tools necessary for preparing for the professions of the future. The students didn’t limit themselves to theory: through practical assignments, they identified their strengths and mastered specific ways to accelerate their professional growth through the effective use of AI tools.

This meeting became an important platform for the participants, providing new impetus, fresh ideas, and powerful motivation. The Divergents Leadership School team plans to continue holding similar events aimed at the comprehensive development of young people.
