Alembaev Kairat Oralkanovich – born in 1983, higher education, PhD in specialty 6D030100 “Jurisprudence”. Pedagogical experience – 18 years.

He graduated from Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in 021640 “Jurisprudence”, with the qualification “Lawyer”.

Since 2004 he has been working as a teacher, associate professor at the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU. Since March 2020, he has been the head of the Department of Law and International Relations.

In 2010 he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation (PhD) on the topic “Comparative legal analysis of the public administration system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the USA” under the guidance of Doctor of Law, Professor E.B. Abdrasulov.

In 2012, a monograph was published on the topic of the dissertation research. In 2019, two textbooks were published in co-authorship: Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part), Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is a two-time winner of the competition “The Best Teacher of KAFU” (2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years).

Author of more than 100 scientific and educational works, including publications recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He actively manages the research work of students and undergraduates: theses, master’s theses, reports at international scientific conferences. He is often invited to give lectures as part of the social and legal training of employees of the Police Department of the East Kazakhstan region, the Police Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the Prosecutor’s Office of the East Kazakhstan region.

He has numerous diplomas and letters of thanks from various state bodies, non-governmental organizations.
