Informational Lecture on the Constitutional Rights and Obligations of Citizens
On September 17, 2026, as part of the “Explaining the Constitution” program and the “Constitutional Law of Foreign Countries” course, an informational lecture was held for second-year students of the “Jurisprudence” program. The session included a video presentation titled “Constitutional Rights and Obligations of Citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Foreign Countries.”
During the event, students examined the fundamental constitutional rights and obligations of citizens, as well as the specific ways these are enshrined and implemented in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other nations. Following the video screening, a discussion took place, allowing students to ask questions and share their views.
Conducting this lecture within the framework of the “Explaining the Constitution” program helped enhance the students’ legal literacy, foster respect for the Constitution and the law, and reinforce the knowledge acquired during their coursework.
