Intellectual Management Game as Part of the “Tolyk Adam” Program

On October 15, 2026, an intellectual management game was held at the Kazakh-American Free University for students majoring in economics in the Department of Business as part of the “Tolyk Adam” program. The event was aimed at developing professional competencies, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

The intellectual game was organized by Professor Aigul S. Mukatai and Senior Lecturer Arailym Y. Kaliyeva.

During the game, students demonstrated their knowledge of management, answered topical questions, completed logical tasks, and analyzed various management situations. Particular attention was paid to developing analytical thinking, the ability to make informed decisions, and effectively collaborating in a team.

The event allowed participants not only to consolidate their theoretical knowledge of management but also to apply it in solving practical problems. The team format fostered responsibility, mutual respect, a desire for knowledge, and the ability to argue one’s position.

The intellectual game, part of the “Tolyk Adam” program, served as an example of combining students’ professional training with the development of the personal qualities necessary for future professionals.

After the game, the participants shared their impressions and noted that this format helped them better absorb the material, develop teamwork skills, and find solutions in various management situations.
