International Conference at Tashkent State University of Law

On July 3, 2023, an international conference was held at the Tashkent State University of Law on the topic “Legal Regulation of Digitalization in the Healthcare System to Ensure the Right to Healthcare”.

This conference was attended by professors and lecturers from the University of Gdansk, Kazakh-American Free University, Tashkent State University of Law and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

During the event, issues of legal regulation of telemedicine were discussed on the example of new principles for the development of medical legislation and the experience of developed countries in this area.

Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU, acted as a speaker at the conference. His topic was titled “Legal Basis for the Digitalization of Medicine in Kazakhstan”. The online presentation of our teacher took place at the partner university of KAFU – Turan-Astana University.
