International Scientific and Practical Conferences in the Universities of Central Asia
KAFU actively and successfully continues to develop cooperation with higher educational institutions of various countries. An example of this is the speeches of our colleagues last week at international scientific and practical conferences in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan.
So, on December 2, 2022, teachers of the Department of Law and International Relations Saveliy Muzhchil and Yermek Zhunuspekov spoke online at the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Problems of the Development of Criminal Procedure Law”, held at the Tashkent State University of Law. We would like to recall that this university and KAFU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (May 21, 2021). The topic of the report of our young scientists was formulated as follows: “The Legal Basis for Undercover Investigative Actions under the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” In addition to representatives of KAFU, scientists from leading higher educational institutions of the CIS, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies and the judiciary, took part in this conference.
On December 3, 2022, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations, Master of Law, Saveliy Muzhchil spoke via videoconference at the breakout session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “International Legal Regulation of Migration and the Development of International Cooperation within the UN and other International Organizations”, dedicated to Human Rights Day and International Anti-Corruption Day. This conference was held on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (Dushanbe). It should be noted that the topic of the report is very relevant today. Among the speakers of the section “Human Rights” were scientists from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Côte d’Ivoire.
Let us add that KAFU is a university of international partnership. We are always glad to constructive cooperation with higher educational institutions of different countries!
