Journalists of KAFU Pass A New Course from “Kazmedia Center”

Students and teachers of the educational program “Journalism” at the Kazakh-American Free University completed the online course “Become a Specialist in the Field of Media” from the television and radio complex “Kazmedia Center”.

The course included topics such as features of the media, requirements for journalists, broadcasting culture and other important information about this area. Well-known journalists including Maksat Tolykbai, Galym Kalmen, Aibek Kosanov, Mayra Tolepbergen and Yerkanat Kopzhasar acted as course speakers.

1st year students of the educational program “Journalism”, Balausa Orazalykyzy and Dilnaz Zhumabekova, took part in the award ceremony, which took place in Astana. At the meeting, a tour of the Kazmedia center was also organized, where young professionals got acquainted with the media industry.
