KAFU Alumni Meeting with the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs (East Kazakhstan Region)

On October 2, 2026, graduates of the Kazakhstan-American Free University met with representatives of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the East Kazakhstan Region.

During the meeting, participants discussed public service, professional development and career growth opportunities for young professionals, the requirements for entering the civil service, and current areas of government work.

Special attention was given to the “School of Young Civil Servants – Talent Pool” project, which offers young and ambitious professionals an opportunity to gain practical knowledge, develop professional competencies, and explore career prospects in the public service sector.

Graduates learned about the application process, candidate requirements, and the opportunities available to project participants. The open discussion also gave them the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers directly from Department representatives.
