KAFU Holds a First Aid Training Seminar
On October 6, 2026, the Kazakhstan-American Free University held a practical training seminar aimed at improving participants’ knowledge and developing hands-on first aid skills.
During the event, participants reviewed the basic procedures to follow in emergency situations, learned how to properly assess a casualty’s condition, contact emergency services, and provide the necessary assistance before medical professionals arrive.
Special attention was given to practical training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and providing first aid for injuries, bleeding, fainting, and other medical emergencies.
Such training sessions help KAFU students and staff build confidence and prepare them to respond appropriately in critical situations.
First aid is not only about knowledge but also about taking responsibility for the lives and health of others.
