KAFU Student Becomes a Two-Time Asian Champion in Para-Arm Wrestling

From June 6 to 14, 2026, the 23rd Asian Para-Arm Wrestling Championships took place in the Kyrgyz Republic, bringing together the continent’s strongest athletes.

Daulet S. Kasymkhan, a first-year student in the 6B01402 “Physical Education and Sports (IP)” program, successfully performed at the prestigious international competition.

Competing in the 80 kg weight class, the athlete demonstrated a high level of preparation and confidently won two gold medals—one in the right-hand and one in the left-hand competitions—becoming a two-time Asian champion.

This strong result allowed Daulet S. Kasymkhan to achieve the international master of sports standard, marking a significant milestone in his athletic career.
