Lecture on Anti-Corruption

December 5, 2023, the lecturer at the Department of Law and International Relations of the Kazakh-American Free University, compliance officer Yermek M. Zhunuspekov conducted a lecture with 4th year students of the EP “Jurisprudence” on the topic of combating corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the lesson, the basic concepts of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the law “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan” were considered, the main elements of criminal and administrative corruption offenses, the main distinctive features and signs of corruption, its types and negative impact in society, methods of preventive mechanisms of struggle with corruption were also considered.
