Lectures at EHI: A New Stage of Academic Partnership

From April 22 to 25, 2026, N.K. Turgumbayeva, Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at KAFU, paid an official working visit to the A.K. Kusainov Eurasian Humanities Institute (Astana). The visit was part of the existing memorandum of cooperation between the two leading universities.

EHI students attended a series of lectures on “Kazakh Dialectology.” The classes combined in-depth theory with practical case studies, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the specifics of the subject.

Particular attention was paid to the presentation of the educational programs of the Kazakh-American Free University. Students were invited to participate in academic mobility programs. Following the meetings, a group of students majoring in Kazakh Language and Literature have already expressed their desire to study at KAFU for one semester next academic year to exchange experiences.

The EHI staff thanked Nursula K. Turgumbayeva for her high professionalism and contribution to the development of the educational process.

This trip was another important step in strengthening the ties between our universities, opening up new opportunities for professional growth and scientific exchange for students and faculty.
