Legal basis of the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On September 21, 2022, Senior lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations, Master of Law, Saveli Aleksandrovich Manzhil held an interactive meeting with the chairmen and secretaries of the territorial election commissions of the East Kazakhstan region on the basis of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region.

The topic of the speech of S.A. Manzhil was formulated as follows: “The legal basis for the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. When discussing this topic, case-based technologies were used to analyze in detail the problematic situations that may occur during the elections.

It should be noted that the purpose of the cycle of these lectures is the qualitative preparation of representatives of election commissions for the upcoming presidential elections of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
