Meeting with a KAFU Alumnus: Education, Career, and Entrepreneurship
On October 19, 2026, as part of the “Tolyq Adam” (The Complete Human Being) spiritual and moral development program—and in the context of exploring the professional socialization of young people within the “Sociology” course—first-year students met with Ildar Gabdullin, a 2023 graduate of the KAFU Department of Law and International Relations.
Ildar shared memories of his time as a student, discussed his professional development, and spoke about his experience in building a business. He placed particular emphasis on post-graduation employment, selecting a promising career path, and cultivating the qualities essential for a young professional in today’s environment.
During an open dialogue, students asked questions about how to define one’s own professional trajectory, secure a first job, leverage opportunities for career advancement, and balance multiple professional pursuits.
The meeting provided students with a practical look at key topics from the “Sociology” curriculum, including the professional socialization of youth, employment, social mobility, the selection of life and career strategies, and how graduates adapt to the modern labor market. Through Ildar Gabdullin’s personal experience, the students saw how education, one’s social environment, personal initiative, and a commitment to continuous growth shape professional development and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Such events help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-life situations, encourage them to make informed choices regarding their professional paths, and strengthen the connection between KAFU alumni and current students.
We thank Ildar Gabdullin for an open and insightful conversation, for his valuable advice, and for his willingness to share his personal experience. We wish him continued professional success and the realization of many new projects!
