Online Guest Lecture by TSUL Lecturer 

On November 2, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between KAFU and the Tashkent State University of Law, an online guest lecture was held by the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure Law, Ulzana Kh. Rakhimova on the topic “Investigative Actions”. The audience of this lecture were 3rd year students of the EPs “Jurisprudence”, “Law and Law Enforcement Activities”, “Law and Customs Activities”.

Ulzana Kh. Rakhimova spoke about the features of investigative actions under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also conducted a comparative legal analysis of the regulatory procedure for conducting investigative actions under the laws of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

The students noted the interesting speech of our guest and expressed a desire to listen to her new lectures in the future.
