Presentation of Second Foreign Languages ​​at the Department of Foreign Languages

A presentation of second foreign languages, among which were German, Spanish, Chinese, and Turkish, was held on April 30. The teachers spoke in detail about the training programs, the features of each language, and approaches to teaching. Students learned about the prospects that knowledge of a second foreign language opens up – from academic exchanges to expanding professional opportunities. Particular attention was paid to cultural aspects and intercultural communication. Participants in the presentation were able to ask questions and receive advice on choosing a language. The presentation helped to better understand the specifics of each direction and make an informed decision. Educational materials and digital resources used in training were demonstrated.
