Results of the “Legal Issues of the Current Stage of Social Development” Section

On April 10, 2026, first- to fourth-year students from the Jurisprudence and Law and Law Enforcement programs participated in the “Legal Issues of the Current Stage of Social Development” section of the International Forum of Young Scientists. Moderated by Ardak K. Abdrakhmanova, the section addressed current issues in criminal, civil, and administrative law. Participants were particularly interested in the legal regulation of digital technologies, which are among the most pressing issues facing society today.

The young scientists were given recommendations for more in-depth exploration of their chosen topics, continuing their research without resting on their laurels, and focusing on the novelty and source base of each article.

Section results:

1st place – Aibek Seksembay, third-year student of the Jurisprudence program;

2nd place – Aytumary Beibitkankyzy, second-year student majoring in Law and Law Enforcement, and Shynar Yelemessova, first-year student majoring in Jurisprudence;

3rd place – Berikzhan Amangazin, third-year student majoring in Jurisprudence, and Gaukhar Mukhtarova, third-year student majoring in Jurisprudence.

The forum’s section also addressed such topical issues as environmental monitoring in a digital society, desk audits, and electronic voting.

Congratulations to all the young scientists who participated in the forum, prepared research papers, and published articles. They were also invited to submit their papers for publication in the journal “Vestnik of KAFU.”
