Seminar “EQ Leadership: Managing an Organization’s Emotional Capital”

On April 10, 2026, as part of the XVI International Forum of Young Scientists “Modern Scientific Trends: From Applied Research to Innovation,” the Kazakh-American Free University held an international seminar on “EQ Leadership: Managing an Organization’s Emotional Capital.”

The event was chaired by Sean McKalvey, Director of Training and Professional Development Programs at Resource Exchange International (Colorado Springs, USA).

The seminar examined modern approaches to managing an organization’s emotional capital as a key resource for effective leadership. Particular attention was paid to the role of emotional intelligence in management practices, building resilient teams, and developing corporate culture.

Seminar participants had the opportunity to learn about current tools for developing emotional intelligence, ask the speaker questions, and discuss the application of the presented approaches in professional practice.
