Students of the “Translation Studies” Program Published Articles in the Norwegian Journal of Development of the International Science
Students of the “Translation Studies” program have achieved a significant academic milestone — their research papers have been published in the prestigious Norwegian Journal of Development of the International Science.
The first article, authored by Anastasia Zhandabekova, is titled “Verbal Image in Political Discourse: A Case Study of Kamala Harris”. The research examines the speech strategies employed by the American politician and analyzes the role of linguistic tools in shaping her public image.
The second publication, written by Darya Ogneva, is titled “Tucker Carlson’s Non-Cooperative Political Discourse: Philological Aspect”. The study examines elements of verbal aggression, manipulation, and provocation in the speeches of the well-known American TV host from a linguistic perspective.
We congratulate the students on their successful publication and wish them continued achievements in their academic and research endeavors!
