The Dark Side of AI: Risks and Fraud

On March 27, 2026, a lecture titled “The Dark Side of Artificial Intelligence” was held at the Kazakhstan-American Free University for third-year students. The lecture was delivered by Savely Aleksandrovich Muzhchil, Head of the KAFU Legal Clinic and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations.

The event was organized within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept ahead of the National Financial Security Olympiad of the Agency for Financial Monitoring.

During the lecture, various risks associated with the use of AI were analyzed, including fraud involving digital technologies.
