The effectiveness of dual training in teacher training

The basis of the dual system is the parallel training of the future young specialist in an educational institution and in production. During the dual education system, the student masters his profession perfectly, improves practical knowledge early, and also quickly learns to get along with society, has high authority in his environment and is brought up in responsibility. In the process of work, the student has a new attitude towards his profession and understands that he has chosen his profession correctly, without making mistakes.
University students work in combination with theory and practice and learn from experienced specialists. 3rd year students of the educational program 6B01701 “Kazakh Language and Literature” are currently replenishing their knowledge base with practice at the KSU “Basic Secondary School No. 14” of the Akimat of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk under the mentorship of the teacher of the Kazakh language and literature Kunafysheva Zhanar Amantaevna.
Theoretical knowledge acquired at the university in the subjects “Methodology of teaching the Kazakh language”, “Methodology of teaching Kazakh literature” is put into practice at school. Students get acquainted with innovative technologies for teaching the Kazakh language and literature, differentiate types of classes, receive information about basic regulatory documents for teaching subjects necessary for work, and generalize didactic material. Actively participates and contributes to the week of Kazakh language and literature held at school.
Thus, the dual education system is focused primarily on the individual, developing the student’s creative business qualities, communication, aptitude for work, spiritual and moral culture and literacy of future specialists.
