Training on the international educational platform Coursera

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided our university with 100 licenses to gain access to the international educational platform Coursera.

Thousands of students from Kazakhstan have already successfully completed thousands of free massive open online courses from leading universities in Europe and America thanks to the global educational platform Coursera.

On the Coursera platform, you can choose the language you are comfortable with and start learning. The built-in language interface automatically translates text material. Video materials with subtitles in Kazakh or Russian are available in more than 4,000 courses.

Students of all 2nd and 3rd year educational programs can apply for training within Coursera by contacting the Center for Information Support and Digital Educational Technologies of KAFU, Director of the Center – Yulia Vladimirovna Trofimova, room 122.

The application deadline is April 18, 10-00.

A prerequisite is successful completion of the course within 2 months and receipt of a certificate.
