Creative Hub
Creative Spark is a five-year initiative to support international universities and establish international partnerships aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and the creative economy in seven countries, including Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan), the South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia), and Ukraine, with the support of the United Kingdom.
To support higher education reforms and help address the employment challenges in these seven countries, we will leverage the expertise of the United Kingdom to develop entrepreneurship education. In this way, we will support 10,000 students and young entrepreneurs during the first year of the program.
