Defense of the Doctoral Dissertation by Eldar E. Mubarakov, PhD candidate in the 8D04101 “Management” Program

Eldar E. Mubarakov successfully defended his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the 8D04101 “Management” program at KAFU. His work was assessed by the Dissertation Council for the 8D041 Business and Management program (8D04101 “Management”) at the Kazakh-American Free University.

On June 26, 2026, Eldar E. Mubarakov, a doctoral student in the 8D04101 “Management” program, defended his doctoral dissertation at the Kazakh-American Free University.

The topic of his dissertation is “Development of a Management Model for Ensuring Gender Equality in the Labor Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

As part of this research, a proprietary model for managing gender equality was developed, aimed at improving public administration mechanisms and labor market regulation.

Following the meeting of the dissertation council, a decision was made to petition the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to award Eldar E. Mubarakov a PhD in the educational program 8D04101 “Management.” The staff of the Kazakh-American Free University congratulates Eldar E.
