Defense of the Doctoral Dissertation by Eldar E. Mubarakov, PhD candidate in the 8D04101 “Management” Program

The topic of his dissertation is “Development of a Management Model for Ensuring Gender Equality in the Labor Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

As part of this research, a proprietary model for managing gender equality was developed, aimed at improving public administration mechanisms and labor market regulation.
Following the meeting of the dissertation council, a decision was made to petition the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to award Eldar E.
