Extended Meeting of the KAFU Department of Business
On May 5, 2026, an extended meeting of the Department of Business was held at the Kazakh-American Free University. During the meeting, Eldar E. Mubarakov, a doctoral student in the 8D04101 Management program, presented his dissertation.
His dissertation, “Development of a Model for Managing Gender Equality in the Labor Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” received high praise from the meeting participants.
Representatives of the academic community, government agencies, and international scholars participated in the meeting, ensuring a comprehensive and knowledgeable discussion of the presented research.
In his presentation, Eldar E. Mubarakov outlined the main findings of his research, substantiated the relevance of the topic, and highlighted elements of scientific innovation. The dissertation proposes a comprehensive approach to assessing and managing processes for ensuring gender equality in the labor market, based on the use of modern analytical tools and empirical data. The meeting participants noted the significant practical relevance of the research, as well as its potential for improving the effectiveness of public policy in employment and socioeconomic development.
During the scientific discussion, the doctoral student provided detailed and well-reasoned answers to the committee members’ questions, demonstrating a high level of theoretical preparation and research competence.
Following the discussion, the dissertation was unanimously recommended for public defense for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). The pre-defense was conducted at a high organizational and scientific-methodological level.
