Instructional and Methodological Session on Physical Education and Sports

On November 2, 2026, an instructional and methodological session for 3rd and 4th-year students of the “Physical Education and Sports” educational program was held in the sports hall of the Kazakh-American Free University.

During the session, students refined their practical skills in performing physical exercises designed to develop strength, speed, endurance, and coordination.

The session concluded with a competition featuring two types of exercises: pull-ups and shuttle runs. The participants demonstrated a high level of physical fitness, a competitive spirit, and a drive to achieve their best results.

The final standings were as follows:

Pull-ups:

•    1st place – Ali Ramazanov (4th year);

•    2nd place – Daniil Malyshev (3rd year);

•    3rd place – Alikhan Bekenov (4th year).

Shuttle run:

•    1st place – Ali Ramazanov (4th year);

•    2nd place – Nosser Aidynbek (3rd year);

•    3rd place – Ayat Kussayin (3rd year).

Sessions of this nature contribute to the enhancement of professional competencies among future specialists in the field of physical education and sports, the development of practical skills essential for their professional careers, the cultivation of athletic discipline, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
