KAFU Graduates of 2026 Graduated

On July 3, 2026, the Kazakhstan-American Free University (KAFU) held its 28th Graduation Ceremony, celebrating the graduates of the Class of 2026. For hundreds of young professionals, this day marked the successful completion of one of the most important stages of their lives and the beginning of their professional careers.

For more than three decades, KAFU has remained Kazakhstan’s first university founded on the principles of international partnership, combining the best national and global educational practices. Today, the University successfully delivers academic programs that meet international quality standards, promotes academic mobility and dual-degree programs, integrates artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process, and continues to develop a modern digital learning environment.

The graduates were addressed by Yerezhep A. Mambetkaziyev, President and Founder of the Kazakhstan-American Free University and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Congratulating the graduates on their achievements, he emphasized that the University’s greatest value is its alumni, who will shape the country’s future by contributing to the development of the economy, education, science, and public administration.

The ceremony was also honored by the presence of Bolatbek O. Mamarbayev, Deputy Akim of Oskemen. In his congratulatory remarks, he encouraged graduates to confidently apply the knowledge they had gained, continue striving for excellence, and make meaningful contributions to the development of their city, region, and Kazakhstan as a whole.

On this special occasion, diplomas were awarded to graduates of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in business, economics, finance, law, international relations, education, journalism, foreign languages, physical education and sports, tourism, management, and many other in-demand fields of study. Among the graduates were winners of international and national academic competitions, champions of major sporting events, and active participants in the University’s research, community, and international projects.

A cherished part of the celebration was the traditional KAFU Graduation Ceremony. By moving the tassels on their graduation caps, the graduates symbolically opened a new chapter in their lives, demonstrating their readiness to apply the knowledge and professional competencies they had acquired for the benefit of society.

Today, KAFU graduates are professionals equipped with modern expertise, international experience, digital competencies, and strong leadership qualities. These are the specialists the University prepares for Kazakhstan while remaining true to its mission of educating the leaders of a new generation.

The Kazakhstan-American Free University sincerely congratulates the Class of 2026 on their graduation and wishes every graduate confidence in their abilities, outstanding professional achievements, and continued success in all future endeavors.
