Specialty “Management” is a field of knowledge and professional activity associated with the organization and management of processes in various spheres of activity.

Students in this specialty study such disciplines as human resources, marketing, strategic management, project management, finance, logistics, etc.

Human Resources Management deals with the development of human resource management strategies, hiring, training and development of employees, evaluation and motivation of staff.

Marketing studies methods and techniques to promote goods and services in the market, analysis of the competitive environment, development of marketing strategies and technologies.

Strategic management is engaged in long-term planning of the organization, the development of strategic objectives, the choice of the optimal model of management of the organization.

Project management deals with the planning, coordination and control of project implementation, from start to finish, including resource planning, risk assessment, budget control and timely completion of work.

Finance examines the financial tools and methods of managing an organization’s finances, analyzing financial statements, and developing budget plans.

Logistics is concerned with managing the flow of material and information resources, from the purchase to the delivery of finished products to the consumer, optimizing warehousing and logistics systems.
