Master class “The relationship between leadership and scientific activity”

On the sidelines of the XIV International Forum of Young Scientists of KAFU “Modern Scientific Directions: from Applied Research to Innovation,” Vice-President of KAFU International Programs, Director of the Co-Serve International organization Daniel Ballast conducted a master class “The relationship between leadership and scientific activity” for second-year students of various specialties “

At this meeting, students discussed what leadership is and how to identify a good leader, how to become such a leader scientist. And most importantly, what form of leadership is most effective for successful implementation in science.

The master class allowed students, based on their own judgments, to draw certain conclusions – in order to become a scientist-leader, it is necessary to learn how to set goals and achieve them, competently maintain interpersonal relationships, master teamwork skills, and develop appropriate leadership qualities.
