Round Table dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On August 29, 2023, KAFU hosted a Round Table dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic “The Constitution is the basis for the development of the legal culture of youth, the unity of the state and society.”

During the work, the following issues were discussed: The Role of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Building Civil Society, The Role of the Constitution in Shaping the Legal Culture of Young People, Anti-Corruption Standards of Student Behavior in Higher Education Institutions, The Formation of An Anti-Corruption Worldview among Students.

The event began with a speech by Natalya P. Urazova, KAFU Vice-Rector for Youth Policy, who noted the need for this event and its role in improving the legal culture of young people.

The next speaker was the First Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in East Kazakhstan Talgat M. Bashev who noted that such cooperation is very important in preventing corruption offenses and congratulated all the participants of the Round Table on the upcoming Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Among the other speakers were teachers of the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU Muzhchil S.A., Zhunuspekov E.M., and Zhunuspekov N.M., as well as students of our department Arman Ualkhan and Nikita Bastanogov.

The event was held in offline and online formats. Its participants were faculty members and students of all specialties of KAFU.
