XV International Summer School of Political Scientists

From August 19 to 22, 2026, the XV International Summer School of Political Scientists, “Political Institutions in the Context of Global Uncertainty: Between Internal Resilience and External Challenges,” was held at the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. The event was organized by the Association of Political Studies of Kazakhstan, the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, and the Kazakhstan Center for Humanitarian and Political Conjuncture.

Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Head of the Legal Clinic and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law and International Relations, participated in the school.

The International Summer School of Political Scientists is an annual event that discusses political transformations in post-Soviet countries. The goal of the school is to promote the development of political education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, enhance the qualifications of teachers of social and humanitarian disciplines, activists of political parties and NGOs, students, master’s students, and PhD candidates, and enhance the expertise of domestic political science.

They prepared a program of lectures, roundtable discussions, and seminars on current topics in political science for the participants.
